SEO Agency Partners

ReviewRover partners directly with SEO agencies that work with local service businesses — giving you a powerful review automation tool to add to your client stack, with hands-on support from our CEO at every step.

This isn't a self-serve reseller program. It's a working partnership built for agencies who want to deliver real, measurable results for their clients and need a reliable platform and team behind them to make it happen.

Who This Is For

ReviewRover's agency partnership is designed specifically for SEO agencies that work with local service-based businesses — the trades, home services, and professional service companies that live and die by their Google presence.

If your client roster includes businesses like:

  • Plumbers and HVAC companies
  • Roofers and contractors
  • Power washers and exterior cleaners
  • Pool cleaners and pool builders
  • Landscapers and lawn care companies
  • Fence builders
  • Dumpster rental companies
  • Lawyers and legal professionals
  • And any other local service business competing in Google's map pack

— then ReviewRover was built for exactly the clients you're serving.

What the Partnership Includes

Access to all your client accounts in one place As a partner, you get access to your clients' ReviewRover accounts directly. You can log in, configure their flow, set up integrations, connect their GBP, and manage everything on their behalf — no need to hand off instructions and hope for the best.

Volume-based pricing Pricing is based on the number of client accounts you're bringing over. The more accounts, the better the rate. There's no fixed published price — we work it out together based on your book of business.

To discuss pricing, reach out to us directly at [email protected] or book a call below.

Hands-on onboarding with the CEO When you join as a partner, you work directly with Mike, ReviewRover's CEO. There's no account manager handoff or support ticket queue — you get direct access from day one.

The onboarding process looks like this:

  • A few conversations about the platform, your clients, and what you're trying to accomplish
  • Hands-on help setting up your first 3 to 5 client accounts together — GBP connections, CRM integrations, Zapier setup, flow configuration, and anything else that needs to be dialed in
  • From there, you're set up to manage new accounts independently with Mike available whenever you need him

24/7 ongoing support — directly from the CEO After onboarding, support doesn't end. Mike is available to you on an ongoing basis via:

  • Slack — direct message access for quick questions and troubleshooting
  • Email — for anything that needs a more detailed response
  • Phone — for urgent issues or situations where you need to talk it through

This isn't a support ticket system. It's a direct line to the person who built the platform.

What You'll Be Able to Do for Your Clients

Once you're set up as a partner, you can handle your clients' entire ReviewRover setup yourself — no technical expertise required:

  • Connect each client's Google Business Profile
  • Set up their CRM integration (QuickBooks, Stripe, Jobber, Housecall Pro, BookingKoala, and more via Zapier)
  • Build and configure their Zaps for automated contact syncing
  • Customize their review request flow
  • Configure Flow Settings (star threshold, multi-GBP distribution)
  • Monitor their dashboard metrics and report on results
  • Manage their contacts, feedbacks, and review replies

Everything a client needs to go from zero to automated review generation — you can set it up and manage it on their behalf.

Why ReviewRover for Your Clients

Local service businesses live and die by their Google presence. Reviews are the single biggest lever for map pack ranking, click-through rate, and customer trust — and most of your clients aren't doing anything systematic to generate them.

ReviewRover automates the entire review request process so that every completed job becomes an opportunity for a new 5-star review. With over 150,000 outreach messages sent and a default flow refined for maximum performance, the results are consistent and predictable.

For your agency, it's a high-value add-on that delivers visible, measurable results — more reviews, better rankings, more leads — for every client you onboard.

How to Get Started

Getting started is a conversation, not a form. Reach out directly and Mike will get back to you personally to discuss your client base, walk you through the platform, and figure out if the partnership is the right fit.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does ReviewRover offer white-label branding? The platform runs under the ReviewRover brand — there's no white-label rebrand option at this time. As a partner, you manage your clients' accounts directly within ReviewRover. Your clients will see the ReviewRover interface, but you handle all setup and ongoing management on their behalf.

How many client accounts do I need to qualify? There's no minimum. If you have a handful of clients who would benefit from review automation and you want a hands-on partner to help you get started, reach out. Pricing is volume-based and we'll find a structure that makes sense for where you are today and where you're headed.

Do I need to know how to build Zaps or set up integrations? No prior experience needed. Part of the onboarding process is working through the first few client setups together with Mike so you understand exactly how everything connects. By the time you're set up independently, you'll know the platform inside and out.

What kinds of results should my clients expect? Most service businesses using ReviewRover convert 20–30% of contacts into new Google reviews. For a business completing 50 jobs a month, that's 10–15 new reviews per month — compounding visibility, ranking, and lead flow month over month.

Can I manage multiple client locations within a single account? Yes. ReviewRover's Multi-GBP feature lets you manage multiple locations under one login, making it easy to oversee multiple clients or multi-location businesses from a single place.
