Where to Find Billing

Click Settings in the left sidebar, then click Billing. This is where you can view your current plan, manage your subscription, and update your payment details.

First Google Business Profile $97/month
Each additional GBP location $50/month

Your subscription covers one Google Business Profile. If you manage multiple locations, each additional GBP added to your account is $50/month on top of the base price.

Example: A business with 3 locations would pay $97 + $50 + $50 = $197/month.

Widget Pro (Optional Add-On)

Widget Pro (annual) $70/year (save $50)

Widget Pro is an optional add-on that upgrades your Google Review Widgets. It increases the maximum reviews displayed from 5 to 50, removes the "Powered by ReviewRover" branding, and unlocks the ability to show your business replies on the widget.

Widget Pro applies to all widgets in your account — not just one.

Instant Message on Free Plans

If you haven't subscribed yet, free accounts include 10 lifetime Instant Messages. Once you subscribe, Instant Message is unlimited and included in your plan.


Cancellation Policy

ReviewRover is month-to-month with no cancellation fees and no long-term commitment.

To cancel, go to Settings > Billing and follow the cancellation steps. Your subscription stops immediately — your card will not be charged again after cancellation.

What happens to your data after cancellation? Your account data — contacts, reviews, feedback messages, and flow settings — is retained for 30 days after your cancellation date. If you resubscribe within that window, everything will be exactly as you left it. After 30 days, your data is permanently deleted.

Is there a free trial? Free accounts include 10 lifetime Instant Messages so you can experience the platform before subscribing. Contact our team if you'd like a guided demo before committing.

Can I change my plan mid-month? Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel at any time from Settings > Billing. Changes take effect immediately.

Do I get charged per contact or per message? No. ReviewRover's subscription includes unlimited SMS and email volume. You're never charged per message or per contact.

What happens if I add a new GBP location mid-month? The additional $50/month charge is prorated from the date you add the new location through the end of your current billing cycle.

Can I pay annually instead of monthly? Monthly billing is the standard option for the core subscription. Widget Pro is available on an annual plan ($70/year). Contact our support team to discuss annual billing options for your core subscription.

What payment methods do you accept? ReviewRover accepts all major credit and debit cards.

Will I receive invoices for my subscription? Yes. Invoices are sent automatically to the email address on your account after each billing cycle.

What happens to my reviews and data if I cancel? Your Google reviews are not affected — they live on your Google Business Profile and are not managed or hosted by ReviewRover. Only your ReviewRover account data (contacts, feedback, flow settings) is subject to the 30-day retention window after cancellation.
