Right after a job closes, we trigger an SMS (and follow-up emails) while the experience is still fresh. Customers land on your dedicated 5-star link, see an optional AI-suggested review, and post in seconds, no login required.
What review rate should I expect?
Most service companies convert 20–30% of contacts into new Google reviews. High-volume trades that close tickets daily (cleaning, lawn, pool) often exceed that benchmark.
Is there any risk if I collect “too many” reviews quickly?
No. Google cares about authenticity, not pace. All reviews come from real job data, so scaling from 10 → 150 reviews in a few months is perfectly safe.
Getting Started & Onboarding
How do I create an account?
Sign up with Google or any email/password. Bookmark the login page and let your browser store the credentials. Our site is fully encrypted end-to-end.
What information do I need to connect my Google Business Profile (GBP)?
Log in with any email that already has Owner or Manager access to the GBP. It doesn’t have to be the primary owner address.
How long does onboarding take if I’m not technical?
Most SMBs are live in under 15 minutes: sign up, connect GBP, plug in QuickBooks or Zapier, and send your first review request. For more complex setups, our team will walk you through on a concierge call.
Do I need a developer or marketing team to run ReviewRover?
No. ReviewRover is built for owners and office admins. If you can log into QuickBooks or upload a CSV, you can run ReviewRover.
How fast can I be live?

What sequence do contacts receive by default?

Can I customize the copy and timing?
Yes. Edit any template in Campaign Settings. You’ll soon be able to A/B test subject lines and delays.
What number or address do messages come from, and can customers reply?
Texts are sent through Twilio-verified 10DLC numbers; emails go via SendGrid with your business name in the “From” field. “STOP” replies auto-unsubscribe; two-way SMS viewing is on our near-term roadmap.
Will the same customer get hit again if they come back?
We suppress duplicates for 90 days, and anyone who’s already left a review is permanently removed from future drips.
How do you prevent blasting repeat customers with review requests?
Every contact in ReviewRover is tied to a unique email address. If a repeat customer is re-imported from QuickBooks/CRM, the system recognizes the duplicate and blocks the outreach.
When is the best time to ask for reviews across different workflows?
The sweet spot is right after value is delivered (job completion, final invoice, or project handoff). CRM or QuickBooks triggers let you automate review requests at exactly the right moment.

What is the Instant Message feature, and when should I use it?
Instant Message lets you fire off a one-off review request (SMS or email) directly from the dashboard, great for on-site work or end-of-day follow-ups.
How do AI-powered review suggestions work?
After clicking ★★★★★, customers see a fresh 60–80 word template with your business name and service keywords. They can copy-paste or edit. Every suggestion is unique.
What is the ReviewHub?
Your ReviewHub is a shareable URL that shows all your Google reviews and invites new ones. Use it in your website footer, email signature, or QR code.
Do you support review replies directly from the dashboard?
Yes. Our AI reply drafts can be posted to Google with one click. Full auto-reply scheduling is in beta.
Do you auto-respond to reviews or post them to social media?
Today, you can fire off AI-assisted replies with one click. Auto-reply and auto-share to Facebook/Instagram are on the roadmap for later this year.
Can I use a QR code for walk-ins or field crews?
Absolutely. Each account gets a dynamic QR code that opens your ReviewHub’s 5-star link. Perfect for invoices, signage, or vehicle magnets.

Which CRMs and payment systems integrate today?
- Native: QuickBooks Online and Stripe
- Via Zapier (8,000+ apps): Jobber, ServiceTitan, Housecall Pro, Skimmer, SingleOps, etc.
Do I need to pay for Zapier or know how to build Zaps?
If you send fewer than 100 jobs/month, Zapier’s free tier works. Otherwise, the Starter plan (~$20) is enough. We provide templates and can set it up for you live.
Can I upload past customers to boost reviews quickly?
Yes. Drag-and-drop a CSV. We’ll throttle outreach to keep it natural and check for duplicates automatically.
Multi-Location & Teams
Can I manage multiple GBPs or locations from one login?
Yes. Add unlimited locations to one account and toggle between them in the sidebar.
Can the system automatically cycle reviews across locations?
Today, rotation is manual (switching connected GBPs). Automatic round-robin distribution is on our roadmap.
Can I see reports broken down by location or user?
Yes. Each GBP has its own metrics, and you can filter by team member.
Can field staff send review requests directly?
Yes. Techs can use Instant Message or QR codes from their phone in the field. Admins and managers see results in the dashboard.
Can I test the system on a small location before rolling out to all GBPs?
Yes. Many businesses pilot ReviewRover on 1–2 GBPs, then expand.

Why do I need to add my physical business address?
U.S. A2P-10DLC and CAN-SPAM regulations require a valid address on every outbound SMS and email.
Do you support opt-out keywords and privacy rules?
Yes. “STOP,” “CANCEL,” “UNSUBSCRIBE,” and similar keywords halt messaging instantly.
Is ReviewRover 10DLC-registered and CAN-SPAM compliant?
Yes. Registered through Twilio (SMS) and SendGrid (email). Every message includes unsubscribe and the address footer.

How do I know if ReviewRover is working for me?
Your dashboard shows real-time metrics: messages sent, reviews earned, star rating, and ROI calculations.
Do you provide reporting that proves reviews came from ReviewRover?
