How to Manage & Create Multi-GBP Accounts

This guide walks you through adding, switching between, and managing multiple GBPs in ReviewRover.


Why Use Multi-GBP?

Method 1: Add a New Location via the Top-Right Dropdown

  1. Log in and navigate to your Dashboard
  2. Click the dropdown menu in the top-right corner next to your current location name
  3. Select "Create an Account"
  4. Enter the name of the new location and click Confirm
  5. Go to Settings > Integrations and connect the Google Business Profile for this location
  6. Optionally connect a CRM or upload contacts for this location
  7. Set up and enable the Flow under Review Request Flow > Flow

Once added, switch between locations at any time using the same top-right dropdown. Each location has its own dashboard, flow, and settings.


Method 2: Add a New Location via the Sidebar

  1. Click Add New Location in the bottom-left corner of the sidebar
  2. Enter the name of the new location and confirm
  3. Follow steps 5–7 from Method 1 above to connect your GBP, add contacts, and enable your flow

Distributing Reviews Across Multiple Locations

Once you have more than one GBP connected, you can control how review requests are distributed across them. Go to Review Request Flow > Settings and scroll to the Multiple Google Business Profiles section.

Round-Robin — Review requests rotate equally across all connected GBPs automatically.

Weighted — You set the percentage split manually using sliders. Each GBP gets a slider and the total must equal 100%. Use this when some locations need more reviews than others.

Both options are live and available to all accounts with multiple GBPs connected.


Managing Your Locations

Switching between GBPs — Use the dropdown in the top-right corner to switch to any connected location. The dashboard, contacts, reviews, and flow all update to reflect the selected location.

Disconnecting a GBP — Go to Settings > Integrations and disconnect the GBP for that location. The location will be removed from active automation but historical data remains accessible.

Different CRMs per location — Each GBP can have its own integration. For example, one location can connect to Jobber while another uses QuickBooks Online.


Frequently Asked Questions

How many GBPs can I add? There's no hard limit. Add as many locations as you need. Each additional GBP is $50/month.

Can I customize the review request flow for each location? Yes. Each GBP has its own Flow Builder and Flow Settings, so messaging, timing, and star thresholds can be configured independently per location.

Can different team members manage different locations? Yes. Team members can be assigned access to specific GBPs within your account settings.
