How to Manage & Create Multi-GBP Accounts
ReviewRover now supports Multi-GBP Accounts, allowing users to manage multiple Google Business Profiles (GBPs) within a single account. This eliminates the need to create separate accounts for each GBP, making it easier to track and automate review requests for multiple locations.
This guide will walk you through adding and managing multiple GBPs within ReviewRover.
Why Use Multi-GBP Accounts?

Method 1: Adding a New GBP via the Drop-Down Menu
- Log in to Your ReviewRover Account
Navigate to your Dashboard.
Access the Drop-Down Menu
In the top-right corner, click the drop-down menu next to your current GBP name.
Select "Create an Account"
A prompt will appear asking you to enter the name of the new GBP location.
Enter Your GBP Name and Confirm
- Type in the name of the business location you want to add.
Click Confirm to create the additional GBP account.
Integrate Your Google Business Profile
Once the new GBP is created, navigate to Settings > Review Sites to integrate the Google Business Profile (GBP) for this location. (See our guide on Connecting Your Google Business Profile for step-by-step instructions.)
Set Up CRM Integrations (Optional, But Recommended)
If you use a CRM like QuickBooks Online, Stripe, Jobber, Acculynx, Clio, or BookingKoala, you can connect it to pull in contacts when a job is marked complete automatically. (See our guide on Zapier Integrations for more details or check out our Integrations Page to connect other CRMs.)
Switching Between GBPs
- Once multiple GBPs are added, simply use the drop-down menu to switch between them. Each GBP will have its own dashboard, settings, and campaign management tools.
Method 2: Adding a New GBP via “Add New Location”
- Navigate to the Bottom Left Corner of Your Dashboard
Look for the “Add New Location” button.
Click “Add New Location”
You will be taken to a screen prompting you to enter the name of the new GBP.
Follow the Same Steps as Method 1
- Once the account is created, follow Steps 5-7 from Method 1 to integrate your GBP, set up CRM connections, and manage the new location.
Managing Your Multi-GBP Accounts
1. How to View All GBPs in Your Account
- Use the drop-down menu in the top-right corner to see and switch between all connected GBPs.
- Each GBP will have its own dashboard where you can track review requests, monitor campaign performance, and manage customer feedback.
2. How to Remove a GBP from Your Account
- If you no longer need a GBP in your ReviewRover account, go to Settings > Review Sites and select "Disconnect GBP" for that specific location.
- This will remove the GBP from active campaigns, but historical data will still be available in reports.
3. Assigning Team Members to Specific GBPs
- If you have multiple users managing different locations, each team member can be assigned to specific GBPs within the accounts settings.
