Review Hub

Your Review Hub is a permanent, reusable page that makes it easy for customers to leave you a Google review at any time — not just when they receive an automated review request from your flow.

Think of it as your always-on review link. Share it once on your website, drop it in your email signature, print it on a QR code for your invoices or front desk, and it keeps working indefinitely without any maintenance.

Where to Find It

Click Review Hub in the left sidebar. You'll see two options next to the label:

  • Eye icon — click to view your Review Hub live page exactly as customers see it
  • Clicking the name — opens the edit screen where you can customize the page

ReviewRover's automated flow sends unique, one-time links to each contact as part of the drip sequence. Those links are tied to a specific outreach and expire after use.

Your Review Hub is different — it's a single permanent URL that never expires and can be used by anyone. Here's how they compare:

How to Share Your Review Hub

Your Review Hub URL can be used anywhere you communicate with customers. Here are the most effective placements:

On your website Add your Review Hub link to your website footer, a dedicated "Leave us a review" page, or your contact page. Visitors who've used your services can leave a review without needing to receive an outreach message.

In your email signature Add a simple line like "Happy with our service? Leave us a Google review →" with your Review Hub link. Every email you send becomes a passive review request.

As a QR code Generate a QR code from your Review Hub URL and print it on:

  • Invoices and receipts
  • Business cards
  • Signage at your location
  • Vehicle magnets or wraps
  • Job completion sheets left with customers

In your own outreach Use your Review Hub link in your own SMS or email campaigns outside of ReviewRover. It's versatile enough to drop into any channel.

Editing Your Review Hub Page

Click the Review Hub name in the sidebar to open the edit screen. From here you can customize how the page looks and what it says to give it a branded, professional feel that matches your business.
