How to Reply to Reviews Using AI in ReviewRover

ReviewRover now makes it easier than ever to stay engaged with your customers by offering AI-powered review responses directly from your dashboard. Whether you want a casual thank-you or a more formal reply, you can now generate, customize, and post your responses to Google — all in just a few clicks.

Where to Find the Review Response Tool

  1. Navigate to the “My Reviews” Tab
    • Log in to your ReviewRover account and click on the “My Reviews” tab from the left-hand menu.

    • This tab will display a full list of reviews left on your connected Google Business Profile (GBP).

      Click Into an Individual Review

    • Find a review you’d like to respond to, and simply click on it to open the review response panel.

How to Use AI-Powered Review Responses

Once inside a review, you’ll see options to:

  • Generate an AI Response
    • Choose your tone: Casual or Formal

    • Click the button to generate a tailored response based on the content of the review.

      Edit the AI Output

    • The generated response is fully editable. You can fine-tune the tone, add personal touches, or reword as needed before posting.

      Post Your Reply to Google

    • Once you're happy with the message, click “Post to GBP” and the response will be automatically submitted to your Google Business Profile.
