You should be prompted to connect your GBP when first signing up. If you missed it, navigate to Settings and then to the Review Sites tab to add or remove your GBP at any time.

None! You can send as many review requests as you'd like.

Troubleshooting Guide

Integration Problems with Google My Business

  • You should be prompted to connect your GBP when first signing up.
  • If you encounter issues, navigate to Settings and then to Review Sites to add or remove your GBP.
  • Make sure the email you connect is associated with the GBP you want to get reviews for.
  • If the issue persists, try removing your GBP and reconnecting it.

Not Receiving Automated Review Requests

  • Ensure that your GBP is properly integrated.
  • Verify that you have completed the billing process.
  • Check if your business address is completed in Settings under the Account Tab.
